REFUND POLICY:
No refund will be issued for any memberships, packages or single sessions past one week (7 days) of the purchase date. *There are no refunds on past services, packages or memberships *Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE but they do not expire and can be used anytime.
Credit cards or other means of payment that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment, but rather used to hold the reservation and for our cancelation policy.
CANCELATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of our small business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice and No Shows are subject to a $25 cancelation fee or loss of a stored credit.
Requests for a cancelation of membership must be emailed to superteam@prahc.com. Please note there is a 30 day notice required for membership cancelations. Remaining sessions can be used up to 30 days after cancelation.
