Credit cards or other means of payment that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment, but rather used to hold the reservation and for our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
Requests for a cancellation of membership must be emailed to email@example.com. Please note there is a 30 day notice required for membership cancellations. Remaining sessions can be used up to 30 days after cancellation.
